Step into the world of metal and leather in this exciting next-level jewelry-making camp! Young artists will explore mixed-media techniques as they work with metal and leather to create unique, wearable art. Campers will learn metalsmithing skills such as riveting, patina, stamping, and dapping, as well as leather working techniques like dyeing, stitching, stamping, and burnishing. Projects may include leather-bound journals, stamped leather wallets, mixed-media bag charms, leather cuff bracelets, keychains, sunglass pouches, stamped rings, and necklaces. Guided by skilled instructors, this camp offers a fun and educational deep dive into the properties of metal and leather, helping campers transform these materials into truly enviable creations!
