Perfect for children who are new to jewelry making, this foundational camp introduces the building blocks of beautiful, handmade jewelry in a supportive and skill-based environment.
Campers will learn to use real tools of the trade—including crimpers, wire cutters, and jewelry making pliers—while exploring important design concepts like symmetry, patterning, sizing, and color selection. They’ll also learn proper jewelry terminology and practice measuring techniques to create professional-looking pieces.
Things to Remember:
- Bring lunch and snacks everyday to camp [nut-free zone]
- All materials are included to complete projects from start to finish
- Please label all your child’s belongings (water bottles, jackets, etc.)
- Comfortable clothes for movement and making a “creative mess!”
