Summer Camp Counselor (San Diego)

Join Dragonfly Designs, a woman-owned Art Education & Experiences company that has been sparking creativity since 2005! We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and creative Summer Camp Counselors to join our team for the 2025 summer camp season (June 9 – August 24) in San Diego.

As a Summer Camp Counselor, you’ll help foster a fun, engaging, and enriching environment for young artists. Our art-focused camps run Monday through Friday in half-day sessions (9:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM) and full-day sessions (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) at select locations. Your day will begin earlier to set up and end once the classroom is clean and all campers have been safely picked up. Expect to work approximately 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM if supporting both morning and afternoon sessions.

We love when our summer camp team stays on with us year-round! Many of our camp counselors continue as afterschool enrichment instructors, school break camp leaders, birthday party hosts, and event facilitatorsthroughout the year. If you’re looking for a role that extends beyond summer, we’d love to keep you on as part of our creative team!
