Summer Camp Counselor (Bay Area)

Join Dragonfly Designs, a woman-owned Art Education & Experiences company that has been inspiring creativity since 2005! We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and creative Summer Camp Counselors to join our team for the 2025 summer camp season (June 9 – August 24) in the San Francisco Bay Area.

As a Summer Camp Counselor, you’ll play a key role in fostering a fun, engaging, and enriching environment for young artists. Our art-focused camps run Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (or 4:30 PM at select locations), but your day will begin earlier to set up and end once the classroom is clean and all campers have been safely picked up. Expect to work approximately 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM daily.

We love when our summer camp team stays on with us year-round! Many of our camp counselors continue as afterschool enrichment instructors, school break camp leaders, birthday party hosts, and event facilitators throughout the year. If you’re looking for a role that extends beyond summer, we’d love to keep you on as part of our creative team!
