Camp Director

Join Dragonfly Designs, a woman-owned Art Education & Experiences company that has been sparking creativity since 2005! We are seeking a passionate, organized, and experienced Camp Director to lead our 2025 summer camp season (June 9 – August 24) in the San Francisco Bay Area/San Diego.

As a Camp Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, organization, and success of our summer camp programs. This includes supervising camp counselors and instructors, ensuring a safe, engaging, and enriching experience for campers, managing daily camp operations, and maintaining excellent communication with families and staff. Your ability to problem-solve, lead a team, and create a fun and structured environment will be key to making camp a success!

Our camps run Monday through Friday with full-day and half-day sessions. The Camp Director’s schedule will typically be 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, ensuring all activities run smoothly, classrooms are prepared and cleaned, and campers are safely checked in and out each day.

We love when our summer camp leaders continue working with us beyond the summer! Many of our Camp Directors take on leadership roles in our afterschool enrichment programs, school break camps, birthday parties, and special events throughout the year.
