Welcome to Dragonfly Designs, a woman-owned Art Education & Experiences company that has been sparking creativity since 2005. We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Counselors in Training to join our collaborative team. Dragonfly Designs offers Mobile Art Entertainment for celebrations and engaging team events, Afterschool Art Classes, School Break Art Camps, and DIY Kits. We are committed to creating memorable experiences and are proud to have maintained a 5-star rating for the past 19 years. About This Job

Dragonfly Designs is currently Counselors-in-Training (CIT) for our summer art camps and birthday parties in the San Francisco Bay Area. You’ll gain practical instruction and hands-on experience in leading children in art projects. This is the perfect job for a high school student (ages 16+) looking for a creative, seasonal position! We’ll train you to teach art mediums like jewelry making, tie dye, clay, painting, mixed media, macrame and more to children ages 5-12. Previous art experience is a plus, but not required.

You’ll facilitate relationships and collaboration between students/campers/guests while teaching them skills they can use for years to come. Our goal is to create a peaceful and inclusive space where each child is empowered to make truly unique treasures by hand.

You have an artistic sensibility and enjoy hands-on art.
